Sorry, but we don't have any pistons like what you need on the shelf, it would have to be custom made. Best thing to do would be to send us a sample with all the engine information, such as stroke, bore size, head volume, etc. so that we can match the compression ration you need. The minimum quantity of pistons that we make is four and we can provide you with pins and rings.

thanks

Arias Pistons Thank you for using Arias Arias Pistons distributor for Eagle Products, Total Seal Rings, Cometic Gaskets

Looking to build a (D16Y8) engine for my 97 Honda Del Sol Si and want to add just a little extra power by increasing the compression ratio from 9.4:1 (stock) to 10.7:1 normally aspirated with gasoline.

I've read that a P29 piston (D16A1) used with my P2J head (D16Y8 SOCH Vtech) will obtain 10.7:1 ratio using common D16 rods.

Will an Arias piston/scat rod combo kit (# AT-PRC004) work to this end?

Also looking for your manufacturer recommendations on a multi-stage throttle body for the D16Y8.

Just a SoCal commuter (90% 15 Fwy, running a couple of points below 80) trying to stay out of the way.
